Arbequina Whole Olives
Originally from the Catalan town of Arbeca, these small purplish brown olives are amongst the most flavoursome you can find. Though they are not particularly fleshy, they have an intense flavour of Mediterranean wild herbs and an almost floral aftertaste. The Arbequina olive makes wonderful oil as well as being a delicious table olive.

While the Arbequina olive is better known for its delicious oil it is also processed to make a table olive. Despite not being very fleshy, the flavour is complex and intense, with aromas of Mediterrean hillsides in summer.
