An authentic green Gordal olive, crisp, fleshy and marinated with guindilla chillies for a touch of heat.

    What does Gordal mean?

Gordal translates as “fat”; these Sevillian olives were given the name because of their size. The largest type of olive grown commercially in Spain, these are probably the most popular Spanish olive in the UK because of their crisp, meaty flesh.
