Pelotín Whole Olives
A medium sized Spanish green olive; it has a tiny stone with lots of succulent flesh, almost like a cherry. The brine is fruity and gentle, making it a perfect olive for the lover of milder flavours. The Pelotín olive comes from the same varietal of olives as the better known Gordal.

What is the difference between Pelotín and Gordal olives?
Pelotín and Gordal olives come from the same trees, the main difference is the calibre of the olive, the number of fruit in a kilo. Gordal are considered more desirable, because of their size, but the Pelotín has a unique, delicious fleshiness.
