In 1964 Gaspar Perelló opened a stall in Barcelona’s famous Boqueria Market to sell the local Arbequina olives; his range grew, as did his reputation, and soon expanded to include some of the best olives from all over Spain.
From a small market stall to an international brand
Brindisa, distributor of artisan Spanish foods, bought the company from their long-term supplier in 2016 to continue Gaspar Perelló’s work.
Perelló olives and pickles can now be found in some of the world’s most renowned retailers.
